The shuttle service was a complete disaster, and I had to carry my luggage alone in the dark. The room was smaller than expected and hardly private. I almost considered a good review, but the utter lack of special treatment for a distinguished guest like myself was simply inexcusable. A definite no from me.

The room conditions vary significantly. some are pretty snug, which might be uncomfortable for travelers with larger luggage. Be cautious of the stairs, as they’re prevalent throughout the facility, presenting a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Heard some water leaking at night, which could disrupt sleep, and the heater in my room wasn’t the most effective for cooler nights.

We enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning on the patio by the fountain, surrounded by blooming flowers. The staff were so attentive, even helping us with tips for family-friendly outings nearby.
