The shuttle service was a complete disaster, and I had to carry my luggage alone in the dark. The room was smaller than expected and hardly private. I almost considered a good review, but the utter lack of special treatment for a distinguished guest like myself was simply inexcusable. A definite no from me.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not
Gorgeous surroundings enriched with local art and a lovely floral ambiance. The attentive staff, especially Barbara, enhanced my experience with excellent service and personalized attention.
While many areas are charming, some rooms exhibited stiff beds, detracting from a restful night. Accessibility could be a challenge with multiple stairs throughout the property.

The garden area radiates tranquility with blooming flowers and vibrant art scattered throughout, creating a lovely escape. Breakfasts include freshly made tropical dishes like eggs, refried beans, and a delightful assortment of fruit, served in a cozy, intimate setting that enhances the boutique experience.
The room conditions vary significantly. some are pretty snug, which might be uncomfortable for travelers with larger luggage. Be cautious of the stairs, as they’re prevalent throughout the facility, presenting a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Heard some water leaking at night, which could disrupt sleep, and the heater in my room wasn’t the most effective for cooler nights.
